Refer friends to Payscribe and earn points you can redeem for wallet credit and other rewards. This guide walks through the full journey from sharing your code to cashing in your points.

The detailed rules and milestones are explained below.

1. Share — every user gets a unique, permanent referral code (your username tag if you set one, otherwise a random 8-character code).
2. Friend taps the link — the smart landing page sends each visitor down the right path: straight into signup on a phone that has the app, through the App Store / Play Store (code preserved across install) on phones that don't, and to the web signup form on desktop.
3. Validate & link — the code is checked (no self-referral, no double use), the referral is recorded, and the signup milestone immediately awards points to both you and your friend.
4. Earn points — more milestones fire on qualifying actions like your first top-up, first bill, first card transaction, first transfer, first FX conversion, or receiving a P2P payment. During promotions, live campaigns multiply what you earn. Your level and streak recalculate as you go.
5. Redeem — spend points in the redemption catalog. Wallet credits land instantly; other rewards are fulfilled by the Payscribe team.

The referral screen in the app

Your referral screen brings it all together on one page:

• Your code — tap to copy it, or hit Share my code to send it through your phone's share sheet.
• Points — your live balance (1,250 in the example) and lifetime earnings.
• Referrals — how many friends signed up with your code, and how many are still active.
• Streak — consecutive weeks in which you've brought in at least one referral.
• Level — Bronze → Silver → Gold → Platinum. Higher levels multiply every point you earn, so progress keeps compounding.
• Leaderboard rank — where you stand this week and this month.
• Redemption catalog — rewards you can afford right now, marked at a glance.

Your level is recalculated automatically after every milestone, so you never have to request a promotion.

Tips for earning more

• Stack milestones — beyond referrals, completing actions like your first top-up, bill or transfer earns points on its own. Use the whole app and the points add up fast.
• Check for campaigns — during promos your points are multiplied automatically. Nothing to activate.
• Keep the streak alive — even one qualifying referral a week keeps your weekly streak growing.
